Ambient Logic offers software tools and automation systems on a subscription and/or one-time purchase basis.

Some Services may require an account or authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access and for all activity under your account.
The Services, including all related software, content, and materials, are owned by Ambient Logic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide. We do not claim ownership over your data.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Ambient Logic makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Payments for Ambient Logic products and services are processed by third-party payment providers, including Paddle, which may act as the Merchant of Record.
Billing terms, taxes, and payment handling are subject to the payment provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambient Logic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
